The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • - Application means the software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named SBC.
  • - Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to KDMobileApps, Sri Bodhiraja College, Hingura Ara, Embilipitiya.
  • - Services refer to the services offered on the Application, such as the payment of student-related fees.
  • - Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
  • - You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Why Payments Are Necessary

Payments made through the SBC app cover essential student-related fees, such as tuition, admission fees, and other mandatory charges. These payments are crucial for maintaining the quality of education and the smooth operation of school services.

No Refunds Policy

Once payments for services like term fees, admission fees, and other related charges are made through the SBC app, these are non-refundable. This strict no-refund policy is in place due to the nature of the services provided and the commitment of resources once a payment is made.

Order Cancellation Rights

While You are entitled to cancel Your Order for services within 14 days, this does not apply to services that have already been provided or consumed. Given the nature of our services, once a payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable.
